Well today was an eventful day with me going to silverstone with a frind of mine (Jimmy Brodie) and having a ride in his M3 a Porsche Boxster and an Audi RS4 , it was fucking brillant!

Those were the cars we took to the track day now here some other cars that we saw around the track.

Here come the Exotics now wow these things sound great!!

Some of the Jap army was out in force as well.

We were priveliged to actually see the guys testing one of the new Renualt Clio Kit cars.

Yes you guessed it more exotics, this Carrera GT was the highlight of my day and guess what they were 2 of them!

Man the amount of GT3’s there was sickening.

This poor guy stuffed his into the pit wall.

Not to plan really, Motec wouldn’t talk to laptop so running with a bit of overboost, shaking out some naily connections in the engine bay none of this helped by me comprehensively beaching the car in the gravel in the first session…

1997 Mirage RS. Just my own personal dream rally car. I would love to see one of these on the UK rally/ track circuit. Unfortunately they were never exported from Japan new. A few were snatched up after they closed off the Japanese Mirage Cup Race Series and they were mainly sent to Australia and Jamaica for similar series there.

Does anyone know what happened to the one that Ralliart used to own a few years back?
